Rates: $850.00 plus lodging tax per week - May 1 through September 30
$160.00 plus lodging tax per day, two day minimum - October 1 through April 30

Deposits and Cancellation Policy: One half of the total rent is due when reservation is made. The balance is due when you pick up your key from the 10th Avenue Inn B&B or as otherwise arranged. The deposit is refundable if you cancel more than 120 days from your arrival date, or if we are able to fill your vacancy. A processing fee may be charged at that time.

If you must cancel fewer than 90 days before your arrival date, you will be responsible for payment of the entire rental amount, unless we are able to re-book your reservation. Weeks containing a holiday may have a longer cancellation requirement. Please ask us to confirm.

Vehicles: The city of Seaside will allow us to accommodate NO MORE THAN 2 (two) vehicles for guests of The Doll House at any time.

Linens: We supply clean bed, bath and kitchen linens. You will need to provide your own beach blankets and beach towels. Clean linen will be presented upon check-in. There are a washer and dryer in the house if you need to launder the linens during your stay.

Pets: Other than registered aid dogs, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. No pets means NO PETS. Not in your car, not on our property. If you arrive with a pet you will be asked to show your local kennel receipt or you will be asked to leave. You will be responsible for payment of the entire rental amount.

Smoking: Smoking is only permitted outside the house.

Trash: Please use the trash barrel outside on the deck. Garbage is picked up by the city provider each Monday morning. Garbage cans should be placed by the curb Sunday evening.

Telephone Usage: There is no charge for local telephone calls.

Long distance calls require credit or calling card.
Incoming calls to The Doll House should use 503/738-8253.

Cleaning: We ask that our guests select the checkout option that best suits their needs.

For Option 1 an $85.00 cleaning fee will be charged in advance and some light housekeeping duties are required for checkout. These duties are fairly standard for the vacation rental industry.

For Option 2 no cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are asked to more thoroughly clean the house in anticipation of the next guest's arrival. If the cleaning tasks are not completed as agreed, a penalty cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged.
